Acceptable Use Policy

Updated 2026-10-14

The spirit of it

Lirran exists to help you make video, reels, product shots, avatars, ads and images. Make anything that tells your story or sells your work honestly; do not make anything that harms a person or deceives an audience.

Only what is yours to use

Upload and describe only material you have the right to use. That means the likeness of every person who appears in a render — with their permission — the products, logos and brand assets you show, and every photograph, artwork, footage or audio you add as a reference. Do not ask the engines to imitate a real person, a living artist or another company in a way that could pass as theirs, and do not use someone else's name or branding to make your content look like it comes from them.

Never allowed

Anything illegal where it is made or shared. Any sexual content involving minors, in any form. Intimate or sexual imagery of a real person without their consent. Deepfakes or impersonation of real people without their permission, including fake endorsements, testimonials, performances or "leaked" footage. Ads that make false claims about a product, its results or its origin. Harassment, threats, or content that attacks people for who they are. Violence presented to glorify or incite. Scams, fake news footage or synthetic media presented as real events. Malware, spam, or any attempt to abuse, overload or work around the service and its limits.

The providers' rules apply too

Each render passes through a third-party model provider whose own usage policy applies as well. A provider may refuse a prompt; when it does, the credits come back to you.

What we do about it

We may block a prompt, remove content, suspend or close an account, and report illegal material to the authorities where the law requires it. Serious or repeated breaches end an account; unused purchased credits are handled under the Refunds Policy.
