How you can pay

You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

One payment, once

Every purchase on Lirran is a single, one-time charge for prepaid credits — a pack or a custom amount you type yourself. There are no recurring charges and no automatic top-ups. Nothing is ever charged without you pressing the button.

The price before you pay

Each pack and each custom amount shows its full price before you confirm, in the currency you selected in your billing settings. The amount on the payment page is the amount charged. Bonus credits on larger packs are added on top and are shown before you buy.

How your card is handled

Payments are taken on a secure hosted payment page run by a PCI DSS-compliant payment processor. Your card details are entered there and never touch our servers. A billing address is collected once, on your first card payment. The merchant's legal name, country and registration number are shown beside the payment, so you always know who you are paying.

When credits arrive

Credits are added to your balance as soon as the payment is confirmed, and a receipt arrives by email. An invoice for every completed payment can be downloaded from your profile.

On your statement

The charge appears under the Lirran merchant descriptor. If anything on your statement looks unfamiliar, write to [email protected] before disputing it — we reply within one business day.

If a payment fails

No credits are added and nothing is taken. You can try again, choose another card, or write to us if it keeps happening.
