Who is responsible

The company that operates Lirran (lirran.com) — named, with its registered details, at the foot of every page — is responsible for the personal data described here. Questions or requests: [email protected].

What we keep

Your email address and the name on your account; your credit balance and the history of purchases, spends and refunds; the prompts you write, the reference images you upload and the videos and images you render. Card details are entered on our payment processor's hosted page and never reach our servers — we see only the result of a payment and the billing address the processor asks for once.

Why we keep it

To run your account and your library, to send each render to the model provider you selected, to keep accurate accounts of your credits, to handle refunds and support, and to write to you about your account — sign-up, purchases and password resets. We do not send marketing newsletters.

Who else receives it

Your prompt and any reference image travel to one place only: the third-party provider whose model you chose, so it can render your request. Our payment processor handles your payment. Hosting and email delivery partners process data on our behalf to keep the platform running. That is the whole list.

What never happens

We never sell your data. Your prompts, uploads and renders are never used to train models — not by us, and we do not hand them to anyone for that purpose. Unpublished work, product launches and client projects stay yours.

Cookies

One session cookie keeps you signed in. There are no analytics, advertising or third-party cookies; the Cookies Policy has the detail.

How long, and how to leave

We keep your data while your account is open, and keep payment records for as long as accounting law requires. You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or the deletion of your account and everything in it by writing to [email protected] from your account email. Deletion is final: renders in your library are removed with it, so download anything you want to keep first.
