The service

Lirran is an AI generation platform reached at lirran.com; the company that operates it is named, with its registered address and number, at the foot of every page. Lirran sends your written prompt — and any reference image you add — to frontier video and image models run by third-party providers, and returns videos, vertical reels, product shots, avatars, ads and images to your library. By opening an account you agree to these terms; if you are signing for a company, an agency or a team, you confirm you may bind them too.

Credits

Everything on Lirran runs on a prepaid credit balance. You buy credits once, in a pack or as a custom amount, and spend them render by render. The price of each render is shown before you start it, and the price shown is the price taken, even if a model's rate changes later. Credits never expire. They are not money, earn no interest and cannot be transferred or sold to another account. Nothing renews and nothing is charged unless you choose to top up.

When a render fails

If a render fails or a provider rejects it, the credits it used return to your balance automatically. Purchased credits you have not used can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, as set out in the Refunds Policy.

Your material, your rights

You may only upload or describe material you have the right to use: the likeness of every person who appears in a render, the products, logos and brand assets you show, and any photograph, artwork, footage or audio you add as a reference. You keep all of it. You give us only the limited permission needed to store it, show it back to you and pass it to the model provider that renders your request.

What you take home

What you generate is yours to the extent the underlying provider's terms allow — publish it, run it as an ad, sell it, put it in your store or your film. Models can produce similar results for other people, so outputs are not exclusive, and clearing them for a client, a platform, a broadcaster or a marketplace is your responsibility.

Fair use of the platform

The Acceptable Use Policy applies to every render. Accounts that break it, or the policies of the model providers, may be suspended and their content removed.

Honest limits

Lirran depends on third-party providers and is offered as is, with reasonable effort but without a fixed uptime promise; see the Service Level Agreement. These terms may be updated; the date above always shows the current version.
